Teens Speak

Youth Lounge

JYN hosts two trendy lounges – a place where teens get together in a safe, inclusive, trendy, Jewish environment to watch sports, enjoy the latest in video gaming, play ping pong, and simply “to hang up their hats” in a healthy productive setting.

Torah 4 Teens

Ontario approved High School and Pre-University accredited Torah courses. We are proud to have developed a cutting edge curriculum that is geared to today’s Jewish teens. This program is now running in both CYN locations as well as Markham, Richmond Hill, 3 locations in Thornhill and in Niagara Region.

TFC – Teens For the Community

Teens complete their high school requirements through our leadership program that engages them in community life and develops their leadership skills while allowing them to give back to the community.

Hebrew School

Not the Hebrew School you try not to remember. We create a solid foundation of love for Jewish living and learning that will serve your children for the rest of their lives.

Friday Night Live

Bring your friends and taste one of the greatest treasures known to the Jewish people - Shabbat. Traditional Shabbat food, great camaraderie, singing, dancing and Yiddishkeit at its best.

Shabbaton / Retreats

Our Shabbatons and weekend retreats are where Judaism becomes explosively alive for today’s Jewish teenager. Our trips will provide them with an unforgettable opportunity to live and love their heritage and have an amazing time to boot. Retreats include trips to NYC, Washinton, Mont Tremblant and Niagara Falls.

Jewish Clubs

While surrounded by many other cultural and religious clubs in public high schools across the GTA , Jewish clubs will enable students to get together with other Jewish students while having fun and identifying with their religion.

JYN Alumni

Social and educational events and gatherings for JYN Alumni as they begin to pursue their careers and develop as young adults.

Teen Aid

We endeavour to be a source of assistance for all matters that concern today’s Jewish teens, both spiritually and
materially.

Networking

Materials and resources will be made available online for JYN affiliates in the GTA and beyond. This will enable other organizations to glean useful resources for their local youth activities.
